The Business Problem
Games & Consoles was selling gaming hardware and accessories exclusively through WhatsApp and Instagram. With over 250 products in their inventory, managing orders manually was unsustainable. They were losing hours every day answering the same "bei gani?" (how much?) questions. They needed a proper online shop where customers could browse, search, filter, and order without flooding WhatsApp with repetitive inquiries.
